About the bungalow

The guest accommodation is a bungalow with three bedrooms, which may be rented separately, or as a self-catering property for a party of up to seven.

It is located in the Teviot valley, near the rolling Cheviot hills.

Guests may all use the lounge, which is combined
with the dining area.

When rented for self catering, full use of the
modern, well-equipped kitchen, including cooker, fridge and dishwasher, is included.

There are two twin bedrooms and and one
double bedroom. Each has an en-suite bathroom
with shower cubicle.

All bedding, towels and miscellaneous consmuables, e.g toilet rolls, dishwasher powder, condiments, are provided.

The lounge offers space to sit and relax or play
board games.

The two wall paintings of local scenes in Kelso are a much-admired feature.

Guests are also recommended to make themselves comfortable in the beautiful, large garden which gives open views over the magnificent Eildon Hills. Whilst the garden affords excellent views all day, you should especially, sit in the summer house and watch the beautiful sunset.
