About the bungalow

The bungalow sits in our large garden alongside our family home, and offers wonderful views of the surrounding countryside, yet is only 2 miles from Kelso.

B & B guests have their own keys to come and go as they please. We come over and cook breakfast for you; otherwise you have the place to yourselves.

Views from the property and garden are stunning.

In particular the sunset over the Eildon Hills from the Gazebo.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden which offers plenty of seating.

We have a pond and hens.

We have a comfortable lounge, which is combined with the dining area.

A supply of tea, coffee and biscuits is available.

There is also a TV, DVD player, and lots of books, maps and games.

Accommodation is all on the ground floor; we have three bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms with shower cubicles; TV and hospitality trays.

We can offer two twin rooms and a double or two double and a twin.

Beds are made up with duvets, but we offer blankets if preferred.

The lounge offers space to sit and relax or play
board games.

The two wall paintings of local scenes in Kelso are a much-admired feature.
