We are located 2 miles from Kelso, a most picturesque town with much excellent architecture,
nestling in peaceful countryside, between the Eildon Hills and Bowmont Forest.
The Roxburgh Hotel & Golf Club is 10 minutes walk away.

Our location is central and convenient for touring, walking, golf, fishing and numerous other activities which are
available in the area. There are many beautiful walking trails by the river and along former railway routes.
A party of walkers from Goldilands take a 7-mile circular route along the wealth of disused railway lines in the area. The legacy left by the railways nowadays greatly adds to the amenity for visitors to the area.
Nearby Roxburgh Castle boasts a long and proud history. It is easily reached by walking along the River Teviot near Goldilands.

This railway viaduct provides one of few places to cross the River Teviot. The nearby Roxburgh Hotel boasts splendid architecture. Goldilands is happy to provide overspill accommodation when required.
